Ford Pass stuck at loading

folks,

i downloaded Ford Pass today but it is stuck at the Ts and Cs, and is showing 'loading' for more than an hour. i have restarted the phone several times but that hasn't helped.

my phone is an ancient Samsung J8, running Android 10, if that helps.

any work arounds?

Ford Pass 3.29.1 has been released to cure that. Update your Ford Pass app. It is up to 3.30 now.

I have FordPass 3.33.0 and can't get pass the login screen. Username and Password are correct. Phone is a Samsung S9+ running Android version 10.

It gets stuck trying to authenticate. It happened at the dealer on Sat, and it's happening at home.

Any ideas on how to resolve? I tried un-installing and re-installing the FordPass app.
