Radio interface, particularly Sirius leaves a lot to be desired. Finding saved Sirius stations is a hassle for example. Having to take ones eyes off the road to find a saved Sirius station is downright dangerous. Why they don’t just use the Sirius mobile app interface is beyond me. Sorry for the rant!

You know you can set six rows of presets, right?

I don't have any problem getting to my saved presets. However, I do agree that the SXM interface needs some love. I didn't realize how often I used Rewind when listening to SXM until I no longer have the ability. That would be less of a big deal if it stayed paused when making a phone call, but alas, it doesn't do that either.

There are a bunch of presets there I don’t need and can’t get rid of.
When they fix the bug that stops it from saving your preferred number of rows, you'll be able to reduce the rows to only show the presets you care about. For now, just put all the presets you want in the first positions. Then you can cycle through those and ignore the rest. If that's not good enough, fill the remaining preset spots with those same stations repeated. Then you can just keep cycling through and not see any you don't want.

Sirius on this car for me is a hot mess. Works better on carplay, but with some limitations. The car's interface for sirius is just awful. Plus, other cars show the songs playing on the other channels when browsed. The sideways limited scrolling method on the sync 4 is a distraction that is difficult to use.
But the truth is that Sync 4 has so many things that it doesn't let you scroll or do in the name of safety, that it has the opposite effect, and becomes more dangerous fiddling with to get your results. I have had dozens of cars, and never had one with this many ridiculous limitations on the interface. that's my rant for today. (in hopes that they consider fixing this eventually)

Did you know you can push the voice button on the steering wheel and say for example, Sirius Hits 1, or The Highway. You can then hit save on the screen and it's set. ?

Thanks, I agree totally, I’ve been using Sirius for almost 20 years. It’s sad that I have to use the CarPlay Sirius app instead of the native Ford version. Because the entire system is GUI, it can be reprogrammed. If they want to see a well designed system, the Ford programmers should check out the Porsche system Sirius system, or as I said before, just use the Sirius mobile app interface. It goes to show, Ford can build cars but they are still behind in programming development.

voice commands are the way to go and are pretty good in Ford cars

Ok, figured it out. First of all do not use Sirius favorites. I did as directed and pressed and held a preset icon for the radio stations and Sirius channels I want to access. Works like a charm. Thanks for everyone’s help!
