Fordpass 5.11.0 update broken

Updated Fordpass to 5.11.0 and now can’t change or delete departure times. Won’t recognize location for charging limits and won’t show any info while charging, time, added miles, kwh etc. Anyone else have this issue?

Can’t speak to the charging behavior, but I am on 5.11.0 and it seems to be allowing me to update/create and save departure times.

Got 5.11 last Friday.

I edit departure times every evening, once I have a clue of what the next morning should be like.

No issues for me.

The only bug in 5.11 I’ve noticed so far is that the estimated charge completion time is always blank.

What platform are you guys on? I had 5.11 on Android which seemed to cause issues with PAAK and I was downgraded to 5.10.1 last week which fixed things.

Samsung Fold 6 reports 5.10.1 as being current for my phone..and no issues..and i don't use PAAK so can't comment on that..

Over this past weekend, I noticed a software anomaly with Ford Pass.

We had gone out on Friday night and when I tried to access the vehicle via Ford Pass, to start up climate control before we went home, the app had dropped my saved passwords so I had to log in, when I did, instead of getting my usual Ford Pass page, I got the Ford.com webpage and could not access the remote features of the vehicle. However next day everything worked fine. The system reverted to what it was in the past.

Regarding Ford Pass, I have always tried to keep my expectations low, that way I don't get disappointed when it get's weird. In my opinion Ford builds better cars than software. We all must remember Ford Pass serves millions of standard Ford products , not just the Mach e. So if they make a change to the app. to solve a problem with one model they have to make sure it doesn't mess up others.

No problem with 5.11 . For some prior updates I had to delete the app and reinstall. It comes back with all your data .

Is it possible that while your phone has data access your Mach-e doesn’t? I have seen this before but my WiFi doesn’t extend to where I park my car. Additionally, Ford are foolish enough to use Vodafone in the UK for their connected services. When the weather is wrong I struggle with remote start etc.
