Does your app still get the charging, plugged in not charging, completed charging pop up info at the bottom of the app when plugged in? That no longer displays on my app. I also can not send a charging schedule from the phone (long lasting donut and then error no response from fordpass). When it is setup in the car it no longer sync's the phone either. Looks like I have no tunnel through Ford for charging at this stage (only thing I get is securialert notifications). Paak and carplay working OK I hope charging details are on the list and it is not a permanent condition. It was nice to have the charge to 100% override tap on your phone.I noted that my ford pass app shows different level of battery than the car itself.
Like today app is showing 56% while the car itself shows 49%.

Doesnt show the info anymore. It showed only the first time after setting up. Probably not the only one, but you’re part of a relatively small group if you’ve not had any issues with FordPass.Am I the only one where the app works perfectly?

We're getting a JuiceBox charger next Tuesday, and I plan on setting IT as I want to charge (90%, and 11PM - 7AM to get an incentive from my utility) and not relying on FordPass for anything. I'll be disabling the PAAK feature as I now have 2 fobs.
I have never seen perfect before. You still get info during the car charging and plugged in? You still get the override charge to 100% tap in FordPass? You can still modify your charging schedule in FordPass and the car syncs?Am I the only one where the app works perfectly?
You do not need PAAK to remote start with FordPass. It remote starts just fine over the cell network...Paak = remote start
FordPass = override scheduled % and charge to 100%
Not sure if a juice box has those. This has nothing to do with relying and more to do with features.
It is part of phone as a key when it actually installs is not nesscessary how I view it. You don’t need FP.You do not need PAAK to remote start with FordPass. It remote starts just fine over the cell network...
I cannot imagine the JuiceBox won't let me bump up from 90 to 100% when I want, but will know in 2 days.
