iOS on an iPhone 13 Pro Max with the latest and greatest patches.

GTPE with no issue on receiving updates from the mothership. 21B36 was applied this week.

Charge Point Flex installed at home on a 50 amp circuit. Unit is wired directly into the circuit.

issue: estimated times until charge completion are ahead going a day or two out but then the app notifies it is at 80% within a few hours (which is the way it should be). This has occurred multiple times in the last five weeks

Example: pulled in today at 30%, plugged in, and launched the app to request a charge to 100%. I expected it to be at 80% at 1430 hours and 100 by the evening.

It is now at 76% (at 1350 hours) and still reporting that the charge will not complete until late tomorrow morning. However, I know it will hit 100% long before then.

I think it may still be using the restricted hours for its calculation instead of estimating the target charge with those restrictions removed.

It used to be off 30 minutes, now it is off by half a day.

I used too sing the praises of the Ford pass app, but as of the past week or so I'm not getting charge history or 'My EV Driving history - nothing since last Friday! I have ver. 4.27. My fear is that this slow decline in performance will spread to other elements of the car!

If you have TOU metering through your utility, and your MME is set up to charge only during off-peak hours, the FordPass app will reflect a pause in charging during peak and off-peak hours. That could account for the delay some of us are seeing in estimated charge completion times.

I see this regularly. If my charger remained on, my EV would complete its charge much sooner than predicted. But the FordPass app knows the car is programmed to stop charging during peak Utility hours, and resume during off-peak times. This the delay in estimated charge completion times.

The same here 4.2.7 for a wk now. No FordPass plug an chg screen, preferred charge times or home settings. All these setting are only available in the car. Also no past charging events in FP.

You need to update the apps on your phone. The previous FordPass version had a time zone bug that would show incorrect charging times. Fixed in 4.27.1.

There's also the lower L2 charging power issue going around. It might adjust based on the lower of the cycling. I have 40amp high 28amp low and it charges on the 28 the majority of the time now, my charge completion times upped by a couple hours.

So how does one get the 4.27.1 update? I'm operating off of an Android and the Play Store does not show any update. Also after the recent Ford power up update still zero update on my charging history or my EV driving history since June 18th! I've grown to become so disillusioned with the Ford pass app! This after I was one of its biggest fans!

The incorrect charging times didn't affect Android to my knowledge, hence no update.

Phone and app are completely up to date. Will be doing a long charge tomorrow afternoon and see if the problem persists.

Also, my car is still charging at the same rate and is not taking longer. The only issue is the estimated completion time being way, way off.

Yes, Ford is really bad at basic math.

L1 charging at 1.1KW. 91*.03 = 2.73. Somehow Ford thinks it will take 11 hours to complete.
