Why does all the info on charge rate, etc., disappear when the car is preparing for departure?

Because it's no longer charging?

Once you unplug the data moves into the Charge History.
The car continues to charge while conditioning the cabin, (confirmed via the charger app)
the 2nd screenshot is after it completed the cabin conditioning, the app resumes showing the charge rate, etc.

So I wonder if Ford decided to hide a possible reduction of the charge rate going to the battery while conditioning to avoid confusion.

Ford seems to usually error on the side of noobs instead of experienced EV drivers. We would probably surmise that the car is splitting power between the battery and the HVAC in that scenario. But most people I bet wouldn’t.

I can’t even get Ford Pass to communicate. I’ve been trying to change from 80-90%. Keeps crashing. Stop and start charging spins and crashes. I’ve done all the install uninstall etc. Ford just keeps passing the buck. In vehicle technology then back to ford pass etc
