FordPass remote start / climate controls no longer working

As of this morning, I can no longer warm up my car remotely with FordPass (it's 13 degrees here, by the way). Tap on the button, the wheel spins, nothing happens. Eventually it stops. I tried over wifi and cellular, same result. Noticed FP had an update and updated, same result. Anyone else?

I had problems Saturday and it started working sometime Sunday morning.

I had this problem start around the first week of November, and it persisted and even got worse for weeks (eventually the app wouldn’t even show how much charge was on the car, and I couldn’t set target charge). I waited, as many posts report success with, did all the resets (and pulling the fuses from the passenger side fuse block as some posts recommend, etc.), deleted and reinstalled FordPass several times, walked through all of this and more with one of the phone reps, none of it worked.

Eventually I took it to my local dealer. I needed the wiper motor recall addressed anyway. They reset one or two of the modules and all was well inside of a day.

All this to say don’t be afraid to just bring it in. Never fun but it works, and I was glad I did it.

I waited it out and as of this morning, it's working again. Hopefully this doesn't become a recurring problem, especially in this weather.
