if the connected services isn't connecting (the menu won't actually come up) then pull fuse 21/22 for a minute.
I do not see the Connected services menu on the connectivity screen.
Is this where you're talking about?

Fuse box location?
Up front with the LVB?

Thanks,
Sam

Thank you all for the help. You guys are awesome!

Fuse 21/22 reset worked.

I now can remote start and I can now see software update screen.
Excellent! Sometimes an update just hangs up and that's the only way to fix it. In most cases, the updates are completed after the power cycle and everything is peachy.

Oh well, short lived.
It worked last night the one time I tried it and this morning I went to warm it up for the gym and it said too many remote start attempts, drive the car to reset.

Did that and coming out of the gym it wouldn't start.

Looks like there may be a different issue.

Wouldn't start at all? Did the doors unlock?

I think it's working again. I've been able to remote start the car and the software update page is now loading.

Actually seems a little slower to respond on the app that the car is actually powered on but seems to be working.

All good with remote start.

Now I'm having issues with Phone As Key.

I deleted PAK when try to get the remote start to work and have not been able to get it to work ever since.

I'm following all the directions.

Alright guys, you fixed my remote start, how about PAK?

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Sam

Delete it all from phone and car , restart both , disable wireless CarPlay if it’s an iPhone when redoing it.

Sometimes it still takes multiple tries …

I'm stumped. I cannot get my Phone as Key to work.

I deleted the Phone as Key trying to get the remote start to work and now can't get it working again. Remote start works great buy the way.

Don't know if it has something to do with the Bluetooth Low Energy or not because Carplay works in the car and Bluetooth shows connected on my phone.

When I run the Phone as Key setup, everything goes as it should but not able to get into car with the phone or use the control panel in the app to open windows, or trunks. I get notifications in the app saying Phone as Key was successfully added.

Looking for ideas.

I tried deleting PAK from the car and phone, deleting the app and reloading it. Deleting all Bluetooth instances on my phone, restarting the car and phone, and starting over without allowing Carplay to connect.

I figure today I'll delete the car from the app, delete the app, restart the phone, and re-add the car as if setting it up for the first time.

Anyone else had this issue?

Any ideas appreciated.

Used Phone as Key in my 2021 for three years without issue and in the 2024 up until this.

Thanks all.

Samsung phones with Dec security update will lose Bluetooth LE connectivity to the Mach-E. Thus nixxing PAAK
