i clear counts as my OCD wont let counts stay on screen. but get tons of messages, especially for trips, even though i have notification off.

I at least mark them as read for my OCD as well... the worst part though is that there is 1 phantom message that even if I delete all my messages still shows up. It used to be 2, so something is going on. Although is seems I'm not the only one that's experienced that.

i have had that also where it says 1 message. i looked and looked and looked until i found an unread message somewhere. i also found if i open it enough times it will go away. My OCD will drive me crazy until that 1 messages disappears. if you spend a couple of hours on it you can make it go away.

Yes, FordPass spams, and its a horribly designed app.

I have most of them turned off and clear out any new messages.

Thus I get no FP notifications unless the car is done charging.

I also can’t stand having badges (OCD) so I compulsively clear them.
