Front Camera Distortion Issue 2021 GTPE

Noticed this issue today. If you look at the image, you can see the horizontal distorted area across the bottom of the screen.

A bunch of notes and caveats about this:

1. I've rebooted the Sync several times, left the car off for hours and came back and all of the standard "reboot" stuff I could think of.
2. I am assuming this is the front camera located above the grille. The one above the pony logo (not the side mirror ones or the windshield one - which look fine to me anyway). So that's where I've focused my attention.
3. I've carefully cleaned the camera lens with microfiber cloth in case a bug wiped on it or something.
4. The camera lens looks fine to me? I don't see anything trapped inside or any fractures or cracks. I even used a magnifying glass on it, just in case it's a tiny fracture.
5. The "area of distortion" looks almost like a reflection of the front grille. If the Mach E's lights are on (like in my garage), I see distinct white lines of light. As I move from dark to light areas, the distorted area's color/brightness changes as if it's refracting or reflecting the surrounding environment.
6. It was raining today, and I didn't notice it yesterday (so it must be recent), but if it's water trapped within the camera or something, I can't see it.
7. Been this way for at least 8 hours at this point.

I have a 2021 GTPE. Never had any issues with the cameras before. I already made a dealer appointment, since it's tough to book them, but if anyone has any suggestions, that would be great! Thanks in advance!

That's your pony. It's possible it's loose or that you do have water in the camera creating a prism effect, Take a piece of tape and put it on the top edge of your pony, I bet you see it on the camera.
Also possible the camera is loose so you're seeing more of the grille than you should. The little sprayer next to it gets broken fairly often, not sure how the camera is actually mounted.

I don’t see the problem from the picture.
Keep in mind that the camera is fish eye camera. Things on the edges are going to be a little weird looking.

I had a similar issue with my '21 GT. Front grill parking camera lens sealant likely failed -- moisture intrusion causing a weird image on screen. Warrantied replacement. Easy.

I agree with @azerik . That’s the grill and the pony. Gives a point of reference as to where the nose of the car is on the screen. But, as I said: “Front camera? What’s that?” Ford wouldn’t let me order cameras on my GT-PE. ??
