Have this come up every trip the last couple of days, even when the screen was perfectly clear.

Upon closure inspection, there appears to be condensation inside the glass, in front of the camera lens. Picture attached isn’t the best, but you can see the moisture which is on the inside.

anyone else experienced this, or know of a fix?

I think this could be the sign of a bad seal for the windsheild. I would call your dealer for service. Is your car part of the glass recall?

yes, it went it on 29th Dec to have the work done. On 12th Jan they told me to collect the car because they still hadn’t figured out how to do the work!
It’s not back at the dealers until late Feb to get the roof sealed. This means I’ve lost lane keep assist until then!

Don't think it has anything to do with bad seal of the windshield. Mine is well sealed but have same problem. Compare it with moisture coming at inside of window which disappears fast when you switch on windshield heating. Blower doesn't reach this area unfortunately.

Hi OP. Did you get any results or the problem fixed by itself? That will be my second winter with this car and this is the first time it happened to me. But I had the windshield recall done over the summer. I wonder if they did not seal it properly.

I just got this same warning this morning. My windshield was recently reset at the dealership (purchased this as used and was repaired before I could take possession).

I had not seen the warning before. Ran the wipers a bunch thinking it was outside moisture, but when I parked the car, looked and saw moisture inside the glass in front of the camera. Temperature was low 40's and there was dew on outside of car, but interior of windows did not have any moisture. Warning did not show up until driving for a while.

Has anyone had this same problem appear since the last post on this in 2022 and know how to rectify it?

Hi there, I'd be happy to look into your Mach-E concerns on my end. Will you send us a message with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into things on my end.
