Just saw a YouTube video from a Chicago TV station about Tesla Superchargers stations freezing up and not charging. They are facing below sub-zero temperatures there. The images showed quite a crowd of Teslas waiting to charge. It is surprising that this happened to Tesla given their world wide experience in places like Scandinavia and Alaska.
Has anyone experienced something similar with CCS DCFChargers like EA, EV Go, etc.?

How could you tell with EA, they barely work in good weather

The Haters thread is only talking about the Teslas. While we complain about EA's reliability, they do work many times. Has anyone heard about EA chargers freezing up? Or, anyone other than Tesla?

Last year Kyle Connor encountered the new design of EA stations not working in the cold. I haven’t heard about it this year so I guess they fixed that problem.

The TL;DR:
1. Too many Uber and Lyft drivers, as well as others with no charging at home or work were clogging the chargers.
2. People were leaving their cars, coming back to cold-soaked batteries and didn't realize they had to precondition first before they would charge
3. Yes, we need more infrastructure but most of it was driver behavior.
4. It also shows the value of more L2 infrastructure in addition to DC Fast Charging.
