Try going in through your computer on your Ford Account, I have previously noticed it has extra stuff that the app doesn't. I do it every month out of habit now.

Steve - in the UK, the FordPass app doesn't have that functionality annoyingly.

Regarding the new Mustang branded keys. I called Ford regarding the brake update, apparently I don’t need to visit the dealer and an OTA update will be completed this quarter, anyway Ford relations said Mach e owners will start to receive a letter inviting you to swap over both keys, so I will wait and hopefully by its service in may will have had that letter, two birds, one stone, the fewer times I have to visit the disaster that they call a Ford dealership the better

I had the brake update applied by my dealer. They’ve just ordered the Mustang keys for me and said that once they’ve arrived it will take them 30 minutes to set up while I wait.

Hopefully any updates were done to mine when it was being prep'd last month, but I'll double check.

You can't force an update unfortunately. You can only check on updates already received in your Ford Account. You're at the whim of Ford and their servers and your VIN being in the queue.

Pity, the Ford site is saying I’ve got Sync 4 version 4.0.23291 which sounds ages old, are MY21 cars not being updated anymore?

They’re coming - just slowly.

I think 23291 is only one version behind. And the version that is newer hasn't exactly been out OTA very long at all.
