Getting a Master Reset email every hour today since 3pm?!

The pain and suffering ended at 12:14pm and about 45 emails later LOL. Still not sure on the why (or if I will ever reallly know).

I think we are good now, I reported it to Ford and had someone reach out via private message. Emails have stopped but thank you for reaching out!

What app or widget were you using that accesses vehicle data?

I used to use the Ford Status Widget app on Android. Can't say for certain if it had anything to do with it, and I never got locked out, just kept getting emails.
