Missing SecureAlert after Master Reset

Has anyone else performed a master reset on their vehicle and then lost the SecureAlert Options in the FordPass app? A ford pass tech recommended the reset when the ford pass app lost my vehicle and would not allow me to reconnect and activate it. They got that part fixed but now the SecureAlert option is missing
