Whoever is younger gets rated on the most expensive vehicle. That is how all insurance companies operate. In short if you have a teenage driver then she will be rated on the MME.

you cannot just do a straight comparison. If you take off say a cheaper/older vehicle and replace it with a new MMC insurance companies automatically re rate the household by most expensive driver to the most expensive car to insure to the cheapest car and the best driver based on both age and driving record.
