Headlight question

I just bought Mach e premium awd from usa i have only left lamp wich is broken. My question is are usa headlights different from europe and does base model fits awd premium or its is something other like matrix or smth

The base headlamp is different than the premium.

US doesn't have matrix, not sure if there is a difference in the US model vs Europe.

I think the premium had the three bar headlight and the Select does not so they are different. I am not sure about Euro vs US differences.

So i saw someone posted that he has setting in his mme to change from Rhd to lhd im curious is it possible if so thats great uk lamps are half the price
