Heating not working

Hi, Guys

Wondering if you guys have had any issues the same as me with your heating in your Mach E? I have a July 2021 Mach E so one of the first batches out.

Last July (2024) the heating started to work intermittently, at first I didn't think much of it and thought it was just having a flid. This intermittency started to get more and more and to the point where it would only work once plugged in and fully charged. Now, it appears not to work at all.

Has anyone experienced the same? Does anyone have any remedies to try? It has been in the garage twice before and all they have done is given it a software update or cleared faults only for me to drive away with it not working again.

Any help would be appreciated

Is the external ambient temperature sensor working correctly? To be brief, my temp sensor went faulty which basically screwed up the internal heating. A long shot maybe but thought I would ask.

Hi. I dont know. It went back into the garage yesterday. The now said they are 90% sure they know what it is and are applying to Ford UK for a good will repair because I have had so many issues with my car.
It's yet to go back in. Once I know more I will post to help someone else.

Please post your results my son has one of the 1st
2021's and brought in for software update and still has your exact problems

The electric heater is probably going bad. When that happens you will have reduced or intermittent heat output.
