I’m having issues with my 2024 Mach-E Premium AWD Extended Range, running ECG-24.2.4.10 firmware. When I turn the heat to 76 degrees, I sometimes get cold air coming out of the vents, and it seems like there’s always something that takes a long time to get fixed on these cars. I’ve also noticed that some of my vehicle settings don’t seem to stick—like the alarm motion sensors, which occasionally revert while I’m adjusting them, Another example is when I put the car into Unbridled Mode, after turning the vehicle off and back on, it sometimes reverts to Engage Mode, though not every time.

After you turn the heat up, it takes a minute or two for the coolant in the heater loop to warm up. Warm air will be delayed. Make sure you tap the AUTO button to reset the HVAC settings, and you should feel the warm air coming out of the floor vents (by your foot), not the panel vents.

The motion sensor settings are designed to reset every time you turn on the car. You cannot turn them off permanently. Only for one off cycle.

The drive mode changing is a known bug, but make sure your driver profile is loading correctly.
