Help!!! Gaffe sync

I am asking for some information I just recently moved everything was working fine with my home location and charging schedule before my move. Now my new location in the car has an incorrect address and I can’t change it I deleted the location and it keeps coming back three houses away. On the app the address is correct but I am unable to set my preferred charge and departure times I keep getting sync errors I tried to delete from the app however yet another error I set it to 80% it keeps going to 100%
I am thinking it has to do with the address How can I fix this?
