Help: Mach E sound system fluctuates at high volume

I use apple CarPlay and listen to music through Spotify. Unfortunately, at any volume above 20 the audio of the speakers fluctuates from loud (20+ volume) to low (sub 20 volume) and goes in and out. Curious if anyone has a fix for this or if anyone experiences the same problem. Thanks

Test with FM radio and let us know if you notice the same issue.

I don't think I've never increased the volume above 12 on my MME. 12 is pretty loud to me... I can't imagine 20.

If you're finding FM radio or Sirius radio to be similarly quiet, then you most likely need to schedule an appt with your service department for them to address a known "audio inoperative" issue that affects some vehicles. Details:

At volume 12 my rear window noticeably vibrates because of the loudness of the base. I can only imagine that the welds would start to come apart at volume 20.

If your situation sounds similar (and you can tolerate 20+ volume) then you need the DSP update from the dealer.
