Hi everyone,
I've decided to start a new thread to gain more visibility and hopefully the assistance I need.
In short, every time I charge my car, there's a knocking fan noise, which manifests itself only after the front louvers have opened, and they open frequently after putting the car on charge during the summer, likely due to the heat.
My dealership initially diagnosed and replaced a faulty radiator fan, but the noise persists even after the replacement fan was installed.
I've attached a video from my previous posts, along with a link to the original thread.
When I returned the car to the dealership, they claimed the noise is normal, stating they compared it to another 2022 Mach-E that was in service and it sounded the same, my Mach-E is 2024 though.
I'm reaching out to ask if any of you could upload a 10-15 second video with the front louvers open while the car is charging under similar conditions to help me demonstrate to the dealership that this noise isn't typical.
Thank you in advance for your support!
