Help with Balloon refinancing

From a customer perspective I get it. It’s not your fault that the servicing system is like 30 years old and has limitations. But it is what it is.

Thanks. I called this morning and she put in the request with the proper team to send me refinance paperwork.

To figure my monthly payment, is it just a 36 month loan, at my original 2.7% rate, at the balloon amount of $27,299? So about $790 a month?

Trying to compare to a loan on a new premium, AWD, extended. Just got one offer of $0 down and $562 for 36 months at 12k miles a year.

Yes, 36 months x your original contract rate and what ever your balance due was (could be lower if you paid more than your original monthly payment was.

I refinanced mine in November. Called the general finance number and they said someone familiar with the program would call me back. A couple days later someone called. She was great and knowledgeable. Was a couple month before my due date. She said she would mark it down in her calendar and send me a refinance agreement, at the previous rate, ballon payment due date. It was a DocuSign electronic document. Single page. Quick and easy. Took a couple weeks to show up on Fords website which made me nervous but no problem. As previously suggested call back and try to get someone from refinance.

do you happen to have the name of the lady who helped you? I’m less than 3 weeks from when my balloon is due. It’d be nice to work with someone who actually knows what’s going on (@hybrid2bev notwithstanding). Thanks!
