Wait I do know the answer, it's 2.4.2 that updated the IPC

makes sense. I bet that's also the update that then changed the display of the warnings before this one, since I don't see how else they could have changed, which now look a little different. I haven't gotten pictures of those - as you can imagine, getting these pictures in a remotely safe way is very tricky, and it's not THAT important to me.
