Hitch for bikes or kayaks?

Anyone know....Will we able to attach a receiver hitch for Bike racks or other accessories?

Nothing from Ford. In the aftermarket there will be a few. Rumors are that the UK is getting a Ford hutch as an option. There was a long discussion here already. (From my phone)
