I know this problem has been discussed, you setup a time and percentage for home charging and then the car just charges when it wants and to 100%. This has been happening to me a lot. I tried what was suggested here, delete, then add back home, name the setup anything but home, etc, but that didn’t work. So I have been playing around with this for awhile and still no success. Then I noticed that the toggle for charging at saved locations just disappears randomly and can only be brought back by a sync reboot. This appears to be a new bug as I have only recently started to experience this problem.

I apologize if this has already been discussed.

I assume you are setting up the charging times and percentage on the Ford Pass App on your phone? If so, it looks like there is a dealer visit in your future so they can get it solved for you.

Setting up in the car. I dread going to the dealer. Last time took a week for a minor update. Honestly, I’d rather reboot the sync every time before I go there.

You might want to try using the Ford Pass App on your phone to change the charging settings. That is the way i have always done it and it seems to work fine.
