How accurate is https://palsapp.com/ ?

I heard that one could track their delivery through https://palsapp.com/ using the VIN. When I do so a shipment appears but it displays the destination as "null" and the shipment as "pending". Meanwhile ford.com and other trackers tell me I should have the car by the 11th (tomorrow). The dealer told me "any day now" last friday. Who to believe??

palsapp is not your friend. It isn't very accurate, but it is another data point. The dealer's VVR is the best way to get an accurate reading on where your car is.

That said, if everything shows as "null" and pending, then your car hasn't made it to Kansas City yet and there's a good chance that it will not be here tomorrow.

Currently it shows an Origin of Louisville with a destination of null and a status of pending

All that means is that palsapp has your order from Ford in their system. Nothing has happened with the shipment, from their point of view. But, its important to understand that palsapp is simply a trucking company website. They handle moving the cars from one railyard to another. The data can't always be relied upon.
