How do I get this piece back up?

Hi all! I have had this happen before but my dealer is so backed up and now I'm out of warranty. This part by the rear wheel well is hanging down. A bit covered in snow at the moment so I can't quite see how to reattach and what I need to order to reattach it.

I cannot tell easily from your photos what piece that is hanging down. It may be the air deflector that sits below the rear lower trailing arm. If that's the case, there are three retainers attached to the deflector and three screws securing it to the car. The retainers are plastic and have tabs that snap into mounting holes then the screws hold them in. If this is your issue, I have posted the part numbers for the retainers and screws in this thread:
