How do you save locations in the Navigation app?

This is an odd question but I can't find the option for saving a location in the on-board navigation app? The manual doesn't address this either. I feel like I must be missing something obvious. This shouldn't bee so hard. Anyone else notice this and found a solution?

Took me forever to find too...
Type in the address and then when it resolves at the bottom of the screen.....scroll down either by moving the slider down or pulling the address up towards the top. That will expose the additional menu items. When you see the star, that is it.

Wow that's great. I knew it had to be there somewhere. I noticed the manual doesn't have much info on the software. I found some useful YouTube videos that goes through all the basics. Has anyone found an official manual for this system?
