Tesla in Navigation app?

How long after ordering did it arrive? I ordered over a week ago and no updates on shipping yet.

A2Z announced on their X, formerly Twitter page that orders placed on Feb 29 would start going out on 3.11.24 through 3.15.24. I had ordered mine on Feb 29 and it shipped yesterday. The UPS app says that I'll have it on 3.21.24.

A2Z's website is currently showing that orders will typically ship 10-15 after the date of purchase. I think later this month A2Z is estimating that they'll be able to ship 2-3 days after an order has been placed.

On that note, I was at my local Ford dealer a couple of days ago to pick up my wife's Edge from routine maintenance, and the service advisor and I got to chatting about EVs. He had neither heard about Ford EVs recently acquiring Tesla Supercharger access nor about the free adapter being sent to customers. I was astonished. I guess expecting the minimum is expecting too much.

I find service advisors to be the least informed dealer staff. They are not selling or servicing. They are glorified customer service personnel. And information has to trickle from the front or back end of the store to them. The blissfully ignorant middle.

There is an update the car needs to see those stations in the nav app. Also, not all Tesla stations are in there. My closest one is about 50 miles away.

Update I will never get, since I don't receive those since August.

Received my A2Z adapter today!

Trying to Navigate to a Tesla charger, but the one nearest me does not show up in the car's Navigation app or in the car's Charge Assist app. It does show up in Fordpass. how do you precondition the battery on the way to a Tesla charger if you can't navigate to it?

If your question is how do you precondition for a charger not shown in the navi or charge assist, other posters in this thread suggest selecting as a waypoint or destination a charging station that does appear and is close to the SC you want to use. Basically you’re playing a little trick on the car but the cars don’t seem to mind?. Since I don’t have an adapter yet I haven’t played that game with the car yet.
