I set up some common destinations in the navigation app and then created one tap tiles. Worked great for a month or two and then three of the five tiles disappeared leaving only home and work. This has happened twice now. Any ideas why?

Have you changed profiles (or erased/re-created them)? The navigation presets are linked to your profile, so if you change to a different profile you'll get a different set. And if you delete your profile, they'll be lost along with the profile.

Did you perhaps have the PaaK service and as part of that had to re-create your profiles?

I didn't do anything differently. This is actually the second time this has happened. The first time it happened I deleted my profile and recreated it and everything was fine for a while. The odd thing is it still has my work and home tiles but three other tiles are missing. However if I look in the saved destinations folder they are all in there. Not a big deal because I can just go to that folder but these little quirks are annoying. On a separate note that I posted I still can't get into the car without opening the rear door first, then the front door unlocks simultaneously. I've had the car since April. I could bring it to the dealer but haven't had the time.

That is weird that it’s Removing some and leaving others.

I’m having a reverse problem where I can’t open the rear door (to put my kid in) until I open the front door, and at that point open simultaneously. But it’s ONLY the rear passenger door, the other 3 work fine.

Wow, yeah thats the opposite. This is where car companies need to up their game. They are now becoming tech companies. I a not confident that if I take my car to a car mechanic and go through the hassle of living without it for a day that they are going to be able to figure out the software issues/bugs that are causing this problem and others. They need to provide a way to give feedback and get a response. We are essentially beta testers for this product.
