How long does precondition hold?

If I set up a departure time for a trip tomorrow how long after the set time does the preconditioning end. If I’m delayed an hour will it still hold the temperature?

Preconditioning works backwards from your departure time, so that it ends when you asked it to. If you set an 8:00 am departure, it’s ready to go at 8:00 am.

The amount of time the battery stays in its happy place is 100% dependent on the ambient air temp. Given the battery’s mass however, it likely holds that temp for a decent amount of time.

I’m not sure if you keep it plugged in if it will “top up” the temp of the battery pack past the departure time.
