My inflator no longer works. The nozzle came apart. When I tried to put it back together it shows 80-100 psi on the meter and doesn’t seem to work right. Any advice on how to fix this?

Yes. I don’t think that you can fix it. At least I wasn’t able to. Same thing happened to mine and I bought a replacement canister that comes with the hose you’re showing in the pic. The canister that you have can be reused with the new hose.

Thanks. I never actually used the sealant, I was just trying to put more air in my tires and it just fell apart. Barely used the thing.

Same, bro. Never used the sealant. But the hose is connected to the sealant canister, not the inflator itself. This is what you get from Ford:

You can also get the cartridge and hose from the OEM:

https://www.oreillyauto.com/detail/...ime-15-2-ounce-tire-sealant-refill/sli0/10179

.....

11/10/2024 update:

Slime's 10179 product is too tall to fit into Ford's MY21-23 tire inflator kit's case. You should be able to, however, use it to get the replacement hose and replacement repair fluid which you can transfer over to your existing bottle. Some more details:
