Insulation coming out from under the car

Hey all!

There appears to be some insulation coming out from under the passenger side of the car. I've scheduled a service appointment for my dealer to take a look, but just wondering if anyone has had experience with this. The photos below are of this substance coming out. It's about the consistency of silly string. There was a much bigger chunk that came out before this picture. Not sure if this is insulation for the batter? The cabin? something else completely?

It's definitely coming out of that spot and is more gooey than fluffy. Even though it looks fluffy it's like a sticky goo

put the car up on some jackstands and remove the 'belly pan'.... you may have something living in there. Looks like you have a bit of mud/weeds/grass and if you were anywhere near a barn, packrats will carry all kinds of stuff in to make a nest.
