I would ask someone to drive your MME while you sit in the back or in passenger seat, perusing your phone screen as most young people do. Ask them to drive in various modes and driving styles, with one-pedal on then off, etc. Not only strong regen, but tiny modulations on accelerator pedal at constant speed make some people sick.

I engage adaptive cruise control whenever possible, it is smoother than my foot, passengers love it.

My wife gets that too. I take it off of unbridled mode and put it in engaged and it's fine.
