Just picked up my ‘24 a few weeks ago and noticed this gap today. The panoramic roof seems to sit more flush around the rest of the edges inside, minus this area towards the back - is this normal or a QC miss?

Dude! Literally had the same thing on my month old 2024 Premium. The service department confirmed it was a warrantied issue, he said the whole headliner was warped. New headliner came into the service department yesterday, I'm dropping the car off Tuesday for service. They're giving me a rental while they have it. Take it in and have them compare it to another pano roof on the lot.

Take it to the dealer. It’s a warranty item.

Well crap, I just took this photo of my 2024 Premium. Guess I'll stop by the dealer.

Hey everyone, new to the forum as I have had my Mach-e for about a month. I saw this post a week ago and noticed I had about a 1/4" gap in the same place. I happened to be taking the Mach-e to the dealership last Monday so I had them check it out.

They told it was not a problem because they saw it on other Mach-e's but apparently some dealerships are filing warranty claims against it.

Any advice on how to get the dealership to acknowledge it as a problem so it can be fixed?

Thanks!!

I'm not sure a 1/4" gap is a problem.....it seems the cars with problems are more like 1/2"+ gaps.
