Ford makes a big deal about what materials are not used for the MME upholstery but only vague descriptions of what it is. What is the material? Has anyone heard recommendations from them on cleaning and conditioning products?

Are you asking about the ActiveX seats? They are vinyl.

Ford gives the following recommendation in the manual:

Cleaning Vinyl
We recommend that you only clean the vinyl surfaces in the following way:

1. Remove dust and loose dirt with a vacuum cleaner.

1. Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and a mild soap and water solution. Dry the area with a clean, soft cloth.

1. For additional information and assistance, we recommend that you contact an authorized dealer.
