I love my Mach-E, but one of my biggest complaints has been intermittent issues with wireless Android Auto. It was so frustrating that I would lose the Wi-Fi connection about every minute or two when using wireless Android Auto. I eventually resorted to wired Android Auto and almost gave up on ever using the wireless feature. I have a Samsung S20 Ultra 5G from AT&T. It took a couple of months, but I finally figured out that the AT&T Smart Wi-Fi app was causing the Wi-Fi connection responsible for Android Auto app projection to drop and connect to my Mach-E hotspot. It would reconnect after a few seconds, but this made listening to music or podcasts nearly impossible. Once I disabled the AT&T Smart Wi-Fi app I have not experienced any more issues with wireless Android Auto. In the end this was a self inflicted problem and not an issue with the Mach-E or its software.
