Is the instrument panel dying

Vertically smeared right side of the panel appeared after a start and staying there. Changing the background or trying doing the 2 types of resets does not help. As if the "video card" for the display would fail. Admittedly, 120F exposure in Phoenix heat.
I did not find such issue online or here.

Dani from Ford Social Media Team replied (above) and I provided the requested info. At the end I was directed to a local AutoNation Ford dealership. I reserved to drop off on Saturday in AM but I was called they need to run diagnostics for 3 days, so I cancelled and went with Chapman Ford as they promised 1-2 days. After test, they suggested replacing the display but the new one they received does not light up the left half, so back to Ford it goes and hopefully the new one tomorrow will work. If not, then the problem is elsewhere

3 days for diagnostics?? GTFO. That's insane. I mean, just say your appointment is 3 days from now and be done with it.

Good luck though. That really does look like the display panel itself is dying, so it should be a warranty swap.

On a second attempt, the dealer repaired the cluster display and it is working normally and without buzzing.

Definitely the baking of the cluster instrument in the AZ sun got me concerned if the hardware failed because of the temps. At least I have the extended warranty.
