Is this my order number?

This EV is a bit different from my usual VON. My dealer said he should receive a fax Monday. But can I assume this is my order number?

Hmmmmmm, not sure. My order number for vehicle tracking purposes was 4 numerical digits. What I can tell you though, before the VIN is issued, you can call Ford customer service with the dealer code, which I assume is the F13446, and the 4-character order number for status. So if you call Monday morning they will tell you if those two sequences are correct and any status.

Yes. I figured. I just thought maybe the EVs are different. I ordered it on sat at like 3 pm so I don’t think the DORA comes through.

Looks like a order # to me. Mine is a letter and 3 digits in the same box as my order form.

4 digits would be if you ordered online, it looks like you must have ordered at the dealer, they create the order number "b" is probably the initial of the salesperson or the person who ordered it for you

@YFD_233 are you looking for your order on the Ford tracking site - if so you need a different order number. The number you see on this paperwork is at the dealer level. It appears that Ford will assign their order number when they "pick-up" the order from the dealership and generates a dealer order receipt acknowledgement (DORA).

So what to do if you can't get your dealership to share the data?

If your window sticker has been generated, you can see it toward the bottom under Item #.

in my case the order number is 9318.

yes that’s it. Usually I get the DORA before you leave the dealership. I guess these evs are way different
