Dealer told me the car could not be jacked at all, and then sold me a sub for a tyre-hotel...

For those who live in mild climate, it's becoming more and more common to store winter tyres at a facility during the summer and vice versa. They clean and care for them if you lack space or willingness to swap them yourself.
