Tell the customer experience officers at Ford about all of this. And find a new dealer.Following up!
So decided to go the name and shame route on Yelp and Google reviews basically stating my experience with screen grabs from both Ford Customer Service and the order guide stating I should have two keys.
By some miraculous stroke of luck they called me two days later saying they had read my complaint and found my key and mailing it to me. Got my key and we are all good now.
Manager was making excuses about how they where trying to work with me and ordered me a key. I was like the key you ordered that you expected to me to pay for right? It took probably the GM getting in their ass to finally do the right thing, and probably took them two minutes to actually find the damn thing. Some dealerships are a POS
