Does anyone think this is worth getting now? I am planning on taking some trips this summer and being able to use the Tesla Superchargers would really help.

I don't think Ford is giving anyone anything, they have a financial mess on their hands of their own making. If they develop one, I expect it will cost lots of money especially if they are going to put their name on it and be responsible for potential future problems with it.

No. Wait for a Tesla made adapter or until those adapters are confirmed to work. Let other people be the test dummy for them first lol
