I'm a big fan of telling companies when they've done good, and when they haven't. As any good manager will tell you, a company can only get better if it's customers are vocal.

The charging network has big issues. But you Tommy, and you Mary, and you Bufford - you call can help.

Rate your charging experience.

FordPass says it has added the ability to rate the charging session. Since I have used up my free hours, I can't verify that. Look for it, and rate.

EA has the ability to rate each location when you charge, giving them specific charger information, not just the station - add the number after the station number so they know the charger.

PlugShare - while you are charging, open PlugShare and checkin, and rate the charging session. This helps your fellow EVers skip Huber Heights, Ohio, Gainesville, FL, and other problematic locations.

Note - if you forgot to rate, you can go back and do it after the fact. EA lets you rate each session, and PlugShare you can add a comment anytime.

Electrify america, charge point and ev go always worked for me. Only once EA had issues, so 9/10 overall

On the EA app, I always send them a message if I encounter an issue, even if I move to a different charger and get it running. They usually send me an email by the next day acknowledging the report and sometimes provide a follow up, such as we are sending out a tech to have a look.

EA also monitors Plugshare, so put up the issue there as well.

I always be sure to rate on PlugShare. Just to help my fellow drivers. And I have gotten co tact back from EA before based on my rating.
