3.6cell/module volage is the peak during a charging session. once the pack hits 100% that settles to 3.4v.

yours looks excellent with a .09delta.

Bottom line the SoH on these cars is very inaccurate unfortunately. its almost like it gets updated when there's an off-calibrated reading and then it doesn't bother to fix itself.

what I'm starting to think is the SoH could be basing itself on the actual max capacity of 78kw.

The first couple 100% charges i did when the car was brand new I saw a 100% capacity of 75kwh, way above the "usable" 72. now with a 91% SoH I get around 70kw at full charge.

91% of 78kw = 70~kw... it does add up, even though 78kw was never originally attainable

In other words, we all start off with a pack claiming 100% but reality its down to 92% (72kwh) The computer quickly begins trying to limit that charge to 72kw and the SoH calculator responds with drastically lowering that number over the first year. By year 3 the numbers have evened out and the health % drop becomes more reasonable. All of this assuming the BMS stays in sync with the pack
Interesting theory, I hadn't considered that.
If it is 83% of 78, that's 64.7kWh which is about what I've been getting for the past few months.
(That also means that 72/78=0.923 so from new SOH is defaulted to 92.3% ?)
