Lost a wheel cover

One of my wheel covers on my Mach-e Route 1 may have fallen off somewhere while I was driving. I didn't notice it was missing until recently. It is secured by lug nuts so I don't know how if could have just fallen off - possibly someone stole it. Ford dealer tells me it is not covered by the warranty. Has anyone else lost a wheel cover?

Thanks but I went ahead and purchased one from Ford. Will get it installed next time I have the tires rotated. Still wondering how it came off. I suspect the garage that did my last tire rotation (over a year ago) forgot to put it back on and I never noticed it until recently. I checked with the garage and they were not able to find it.
