Lost complimentary charging credits

I bought a '21 Premium last year and received 500 KwH charging credits. I had used some and had a balance around maybe 350 - 380; can't recall exact. I sold my Premium on Saturday and bought a '22 GTPE. My balance now says 250 KwH. So did those credits stay with the original car and not me?

Not sure the credits actually transfer, but yes, they're removed if the car tied to them is removed. When I sold my '21 Premium and got the GT PE, it did the same thing.
