Lost Connectivity - No FordPass

So this morning I got a battery drain message. Ironically I was going to get tires rotated at dealership. They said LVB was 92% and didn't see issues. So figured a kid left interior light on or something.

Drove fine, zero issues after leaving.
Realized later today that FordPass was frozen/hadn't updated since last night. Connected services tab in display doesn't load, nor does "software update" tab. Obviously some vehicle connectivity isn't working.

Something I need to visit dealership for?

Pull fuse 21/22 to reset gwm.
i'm just wondering, will the steering wheel reset (right seek + volume down) reset the gwm as well? i had the same problem as the OP but it fixed this morning so I wasn't able to test

i'm just wondering, will the steering wheel reset (right seek + volume down) reset the gwm as well? i had the same problem as the OP but it fixed this morning so I wasn't able to test
Others on the forum are better experts on the topic. My understanding is that resets the sync4 / apim only. So no. But then again this car can be quirky and it doesn’t cost much to try that. I didn’t help when this issue happened to me.

got it, no worries. next time something like this happens, i now have one thing to test as well as a fallback. thanks for the help!

Ford pass hasn’t worked for me in about 3-4 weeks. Nor does the Ford owners website have updated car info. Fuses didn’t do crap. Smacked the car battery against the wall a few times and didn’t help either. Blue cruse is also out of commission. Mines at the dealership the 2nd time as I tell them again. I’m (the dealership) waiting on a Ford engineer to come out in a week or two to see why the car isn’t communicatIng. I’m guessing an update fubarbed the modem software as I read online seems to happen. Though strange it’s requiring an engineer to come out. Hopefully yours isn’t the same issue.

First guess would be a 12v battery starting to go, but could be just about anything.

Received mine back memorial day weekend. That day back I had a no cruise control available. I’ve had no cruise control 2 more times. Last one was yesterday on way home from work (24 miles drive). Car goes in Tuesday to be looked at again. They had the car for about 5 weeks until the Holiday. Currently since being back, Ford pass works At least along with remote start etc. So that’s good. But last time that all eventually failed.
