I see you’ve just joined the forum so possibly don't realize this thread is almost 2 years old. It‘s a mistake I’ve made several times (including today). However, it goes to show how so many of the older posts have remained relevant over the past few years.

Hi there, I'd be happy to look into your Mach-E concerns on my end. Will you send us a message with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into things on my end.
I'd be grateful if you'd check mine, please. I was hoping someone from corporate would see what's going on here. Vin #3FMTK3S5XPMB02670.
Picked up my '23 Mach-e Premium AWD Premium (5,707 mi) from the dealership yesterday afternoon and posted the Invoice. Mullinax Ford West Palm Beach, Florida. Brought the car in after receiving "Charging Errors" that were without any noticeable effect on the progress of the charging. Followed instructions the first two (2) times: unplugged and turned off power at the Ford Mobile cord I use to charge in my garage at 120 volts exclusively; checked the outlet and pulled apart the mobile charge converter(?) to see if there was any burning or degradation visible; saw nothing indicating to me a problem; re-plugged, and continued to charge to 90%.
A few hours later I'd driven only about a quarter mile at 45 mph when an Alert (red box) appeared in the instrument cluster advising the motor had shut off! Thankfully, light traffic allowed me to coast into an off/turn lane where the car totally "bricked" when I came to a stop. I posted this under "My Worst Fears [about going all-in on an EV]." Not going to repeat it all here.
Dealership took a couple days to respond to my calls/messages and, finally, the car was flat-bedded the 20 miles to the dealer 4 days later. Invoice shows a lot of "reprogramming," I was assured the 12 Volt battery was "good" (better than "70%"), and yesterday I drove it home.
Parked it in the garage, and several hours later initiated a charge to bring it from 87% to 90%.
Within an hour I GOT ANOTHER "CHARGING ERROR."
To the extent that this is how the shutting-off at speed odyssey (on my way to a doctor's appointment) began, I'm reluctant to drive it anywhere, again!
Left a voicemail message last night, and a text this morning with the dealership's Service Adviser....

I'm not new to forums, I wanted to add because most threads like this just end with no real causation. Since I posted I received another battery drain message. So

Oh, sorry, I misunderstood why you were posting. I read through most of the thread before realizing it was old and then jumped to a conclusion when there was a new one at the end. Apparently didn’t read your post very closely either.
