Mach-E bluetooth won't connect to phone

Hi All, been using PAAK for several months. Got the new PAAK update at dealer downloaded. Now PAAK won't connect to bluetooth. I did master reset. removed app reloaded it. Now it won't connect to bluetooth in car at all. I removed old bluetooth connection but phone won't find mach-e bluetooth to connect. Anyone else with this problem or know how to fix? I am ready to call the service dept and take it in to have them look at it.

Ask them if they pulled the 12v battery connection after the update. Ford released some info on the recall saying if PAAK has issue after the update to do that. You can try it yourself too. Just unhook the 12v battery negative cable for a few minutes.
